Arkan operates as a multi-tenant platform. Each workspace (tenant) is logically isolated at the database level. All queries are scoped by tenant identifier, ensuring that your data is never accessible to other workspaces. We do not share, mix, or cross-reference data between tenants.

- Azure Blob Storage: For encrypted file storage with signed access.
- SMTP Email Provider: For transactional emails.

Workspace data is deleted when the workspace owner deletes the workspace or requests data deletion.
